Ingredients:
½ cup butter, softened
¾ cup light brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups Quaker Oats
White or regular chocolate chips
Chopped walnuts, optional
Instructions:
Heat oven to 350°F.
Put all ingredients, with the exception to the last two, in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer.
Add remaining ingredients and mix by hand.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
