Country Baked Potatoes


Ingredients:

  • Baked potatoes

  • Maple bacon (maple syrup and brown sugar required)

  • Shredded cheddar cheese

  • Chives

  • Sour cream

Instructions:

  • Cut baked potatoes into bite sized pieces.

  • Make the maple bacon. Place a nonstick sheet of tinfoil on a cookie sheet, and place bacon strips on top. Lightly drizzly some maple syrup on each strip. Sprinkle some brown sugar on top, and cook each side in the oven at 375°F until brown (about 10 minutes).

  • Once the bacon strips are cooked, cut then up into bite sized pieces.

  • Over medium heat, cook the potatoes in a pan.

  • Sprinkle the bacon bits and cheddar cheese on top. Cook until cheese melts.

  • Serve with chives and sour cream.
